WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment is made online using card through our website. We also often list our products on Tik Tok shop via our Tik Tok page: @bijistudies.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Depending on the shipping method you choose, delivery timeframes change once your product is shipped. Second class strives to deliver within 2-3 working days, whereas first class seeks to deliver the following working day.
Please note that these delivery times may be impacted by Royal Mail strikes and national/bank holidays.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept cancellations prior to the shipment of your order and a full refund will be issued. Please note that our products are dispatched within 1-3 working days after placing each order. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase, however, we do not provide a shipping label and this will be at your own expense. A refund will be considered upon receiving the returned products. If we believe that the product is damaged or used, only a partial refund will be issued.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Standard orders will be untracked, though if you wish to opt for a tracked option, please refer to the rates below :
Tracked shipping 1st Class is at a standard rate of £4.15 Tracked (24) whilst £3.45 for 2nd Class from £2.99 Tracked (48).
